Tanaya Ghosh, MSL Hong Kong:
During my first few weeks with MSL Hong Kong, I’ve already experienced a tremendous amount of growth.
As a student from the University of Southern California interning in Hong Kong for the summer, I’m already halfway done with my internship. The time has flown by because I have been busy with deadlines for multiple clients.
When I first started here at MSL Hong Kong, I was given the task of media pitching for a luxury leather goods company. I had previously done media pitches during an entertainment PR internship, so I thought I knew what to expect. Read More>>

At HanmerMSL, we strive to provide that delicate balance between work and personal development. By constantly creating fun employee engagement activities, we do our best to maintain that crucial link between career and personal passions. In keeping with this trend, our team kicked up a creative storm with a t-shirt design contest on July 27. An online registration form was created a day before the contest, and within hours, over 50 employees had already registered for our very own, ‘Wear Your Art Challenge’.

Trupti Roy, Account Manager, Hanmer MSL Mumbai:
The day I was promoted to a manager, I emailed my brother saying, “I am a manager now, yeahyyyy!!!” Seconds later I get a reply from him saying “You deserved it, all the best, now be a leader!”As soon as I finished reading that line, all I thought was, what does he mean by ‘be a leader’ … I am a leader, that is why I was made a manager! I spoke to my brother the same night and he kept explaining how a manager is not always a leader and that in order to be a really good manager, I had to be a leader. HUH! I ignored all this as it was celebration time. Read More>>

I had a remarkable and memorable experience during the “MSLGROUP Asia Leadership Development Training” this month, after being nominated by Thomas Liu, my director, to attend the three-day offsite workshop in Beijing, China.
Having been assigned to take on more responsibilities in this highly competitive, talent-driven PR industry, I had been thinking about how to improve my management skills. After some discussions with my supervisor and team leader and taking into consideration his suggestions, I thought this training would definitely be of value for my career development as well as my daily work.
