Six Stages of Social Media Maturity Workshops for 100+ Hanmer MSL Clients in Delhi, Bangalore, Mumbai

I had the opportunity to interact with 100+ Hanmer MSL Clients in Delhi, Bangalore, Mumbai last week for a half-day long workshop on six stages of social media maturity.

I started with the passion tags post-it note game, then explained the six stages of social media maturity model using the Pepsi Refresh and Dell case studies. Throughout the workshop, the participants worked on their own stage 5 social media strategy, using the social heartbeat framework.
