MSLGROUP in Singapore Hires Lina Marican for Consumer Lead

Singapore, 25 February, 2016 – MSLGROUP, the strategic communications and engagement consultancy of Publicis Groupe, and the largest brand and reputation advisory network in Asia and Europe, today announced the strategic appointment of Lina Marican as Associate Director of the Consumer Practice in Singapore. This hire sees MSLGROUP further cement its leading position in integrated marketing communications in the region.

In her new role, Marican will lead MSLGROUP teams in developing and effecting marketing communications strategy and campaigns for various regional and Singapore-based clients across several sectors including FMCG, TV network content as well as the travel and leisure sectors.

Marican brings almost 10 years of consumer communications, technology and digital lifestyle experience to MSLGROUP. Most recently, Lina built the regional team at Lazada Group as the Vice President of Consumer PR, where she grew the company in the eCommerce space, spearheading various successful consumer and influencer initiatives. Having held both in-house roles and agency positions, she has worked on key global and local accounts such as AIA, BlackBerry, Burger King, Grey Goose, Microsoft and the Singapore Navy amongst others. In addition, Marican had led integrated digital projects at Social@Ogilvy and drove award-winning campaigns for Nestle and the Health Promotion Board of Singapore.
