Shanghai, October 16, 2014 – MSLGROUP, the strategic communications and engagement consultancy of Publicis Groupe, and the largest brand and reputation advisory network in Asia and Europe, today announced the appointment of Benjamin Koe as Regional Director of Strategic Insight and Impact, based in Singapore. Koe’s appointment will enable MSLGROUP to enhance its capabilities in data and analytics, allowing for MSLGROUP’s teams to provide clients with even greater insight to drive creative ideas and business impact.
In his newly created role, Koe will also be responsible for establishing two Asia Centers of Excellence (CoEs), one in China and another in India, for insight creation in multiple languages in Asia to closely support client service.

Koe brings more than 10 years of experience in social media listening, analytics, and strategic planning. Prior to joining MSLGROUP, Koe led the strategy, consulting, product development, and business development for Radar, a social insights consulting practice within DDB Group Singapore. Before that, Koe was the CEO and co-founder of the award-winning social media monitoring and analysis company JamiQ. He also has years of experience with communication agencies and technology media.
Koe is widely regarded as an expert on social media and data analytics having been invited to speak at over 20 leading conferences including MICA PR Academy, IDA’s eGov Global Forum, and AdTech Asia. He has also given expert commentary on social media in leading publications including The Straits Times, Lianhe Zaobao, ChannelNews Asia, Singapore Tatler, TODAY, and many others.
