Singapore, June 17, 2014: MSLGROUP, the strategic communications and engagement consultancy of Publicis Groupe, and the largest brand and reputation advisory network in Asia and Europe, today announced the strategic appointment of Steve Dormon as Director of the Consumer Practice in Singapore. This hire sees MSLGROUP further cement its leading position in integrated marketing communications in the region.

In his new role, Dormon will oversee the development of communications strategies across 10 markets for a large global FMCG company, and will lead MSLGROUP teams in developing and effecting marketing communications strategy and campaigns for Singapore based clients across various sectors including spirits, cable TV content, travel and leisure sectors.

Dormon, a 28-year branding and marketing veteran, brings to MSLGROUP a wealth of integrated brand strategy knowledge and experience from developing and driving award-winning campaigns for global brands including British Airways, Coca-Cola, HP, Johnson & Johnson, and Unilever. Previously with global creative agencies Lowe and Partners and Publicis Worldwide, Dormon has worked and counseled key global accounts in Paris, London, and Budapest before arriving in Singapore in 2011.

Following the strategic addition of Dormon, the firm is looking to double its senior counsel capability in Singapore in the next few months.
